Sage Support

We offer Sage support services to suit any budget.

You do not need to have purchased your Sage software from Starsoft in order to take advantage of our support services, provided your software is fully licenced to your company.

Unlike SageCover, we do not charge for each individual product. Instead, you pay a flat rate irrespective of how many different Sage products you have, including:

• Sage 50 Accounts
• Sage 50 Payroll *
• Sage ACT!
• Sage Instant Accounts
• Sage Instant Payroll *
• Sage Job Costing
• Sage HR / Personnel
• Sage 50 Manufacturing **

Customised Layouts & Reports

Included in your Starsoft Support licence, you will have access to up to 10 customised Sage reports/layouts per year.  If you exceed your report quota, we charge only a nominal fee per additional required report.

* Due to legislation updates required by the software, particularly around payroll year end, we strongly recommend that you have a valid SageCover licence on your Payroll software irrespective of your support with us.

** Sage require you to have a valid SageCover licence for your Sage 50 Manufacturing software in order for us to be able to provide support, in addition to our support service.
